everything so far


Basically, this entire thing is a project for college, and it has gone through like THREE rewrites and I've scrapped a few things.

Things that were scrapped: 

Procedural generation - I had originally planned for the mansion to randomly generate rooms, so that every run is different, and it worked.. for the most part, I had nailed the seed system and the generation part, but some rooms would of course, lead to nothing. I had tried creating a piece of code that automatically blocks off those types of rooms but it had just ended up blocking random rooms. Sure I could've spent more time on it and maybe, probably fix it, but that's just it, I don't really have time as the due date for this project is somewhere in late November, and I still have a LOT of stuff to add, so.. sacrifices were made and I had eventually scrapped it to focus on other things, such as dialogue and interaction and combat.
